His enthusiasm for technical sales, marketing, and project management, coupled with his entrepreneurial drive, has propelled Shreem’s rapid growth in Western and Eastern Canada.

With over 16 years of experience, Nirmal has successfully handled multimillion-dollar projects and built strong client relationships in the Chemical, Water Wastewater, Food, and Utility industries. His expertise includes strategic planning, resource allocation, and team leadership, ensuring the successful execution of projects on time and within budget. Nirmal’s hands-on experience in electrical, instrumentation, and process automation project management reflects his commitment to innovative solutions and optimal project performance.
